KOTERIE are a trusted partner. Not only did they deliver on our asks, they also communicated openly with us, providing sincere and considered recommendations which influenced the final product across our portfolio.
Kevin FaleyManaging Director, Kennedy Wilson Ireland
Our relationship with Kennedy Wilson has given us the opportunity to work across some of Dublin's most significant residential and commercial developments, each with a different audience, ambition and story to tell. That difference has always been important. Rather than applying a single approach across the portfolio, each project started with the place itself: understanding what made it distinctive, who it needed to connect with and where the opportunity existed to give it a stronger voice. Sometimes that meant building a brand from the ground up, from naming and positioning through to identity. Elsewhere, it meant taking an established development and finding a more relevant way to present it. Across the relationship, our involvement has extended through campaigns, film and photography, CGI and motion, websites, digital marketing and the physical experience of the developments themselves. Working across that breadth has allowed us to think about place brands as more than identities in isolation. The brand has to work at every scale, from the first piece of hoarding someone passes on the street to the website they explore, the film they watch or the experience they have when they arrive. The result is a body of work that looks deliberately varied because the places themselves are varied. What connects them is the thinking behind them: finding what is distinctive, building a clear proposition around it and carrying that idea consistently through everything that follows.
